"SAFETY ISSUE; I stayed here one night, my neighbors were having a dispute of some sort, I called the front desk and notified them of the issue. Security went to the room and told them it was me who made the complaint. I over heard this and told the management that this was a serious violation of my security so we changed rooms. However, the neighbors saw me change rooms and continued to harrass my elderly mother while pretending to be security to gain access. After hearing this I made a complaint once again and had to be moved a third time. Serious violation of security. Very serious."

"THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN. THEY TOLD ME THAT THE SHUTTLE TO THE AIRPORT OPERATED FROM 5AM AND IT WAS NOT SO. I HAD TO GET AN UBER SO I COULD CATCH MY FLIGHT"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Cons: No restaurant/bar. Pool area only has a few lounge seats. Pros: Price, free airport shuttle, free breakfast. Shuttle to cruise ports available for fee."

"The room was fine, there were 5 of us in it. The pool area was really nice, and the breakfast buffet was good. They had a decent selection of food. Our biggest complaint wasn't the hotel room, even tho the living room furniture was showing some wear and tear, but the front desk staff. We all (9 of us) felt like they weren't very friendly or helpful. Like we were an imposition on them. Also, the area the hotel is located at, is not a very nice area. It looked and felt pretty ghetto. The free airpot service starts at 6 am.so we were not able to use it which ment an addition cost to each of us for an Uber to the airport. I just wish the hotel was in a better neighborhood."
