Our flight late cause hotel checkin late, they just cancel your whole trip. I pre-paid through Expedia thought the hotel should treat me as a guest (call you or hold room for you), NO, no call, no message, they wait the times up, "No show" policy, they do offer me a solution: buy the same room, again, with higher prices!
After a struggle night flight, our family landed on Miami 5:30am, ran to hotel around 7 trying to have some rest, this is what you get from this hotel! Expedia make up some for us because our member's level.
My advice: Do Not Book, wish I read the comment before.
Also please do not Al generated any reply from the management team, Just see what
"customers" say.
