The staff was nice, friendly, and helpful at the front desk. The pictures online matched the hotel, and it is beautiful. I enjoyed breakfast, with no long wait. However, I didn't appreciate housekeeping demanding a tip for service only after handing me a few towels and assisting with trash removal from the room.

We did experience a few inconveniences during our stay, and because of the situation, the staff moved us to a different room. However, the new room was actually much better than the room we originally booked, which we really appreciated. The staff was very helpful, understanding, and accommodating throughout the process. Another great perk is that the hotel offers a shuttle to the airport. If you need to take an Uber instead, they will reimburse you—just keep your receipt. Overall, while we had some issues initially, the staff did a great job making sure we were taken care of and improving our experience!

We travel often and we do read every review on a hotel we book, but this hotel was disappointing unfortunately did not feel like a Marriott property at all. The rooms are very rundown and need updating. We didn’t enjoy the staff. They were all very friendly.

The hotel was amazing with a huge pool turned into a sauna..the restaurant was super ..the rooms were high end with showers that were very high end...thet have a big snack bar..bar..and free transport to the airport...I'm coming back..

The hotel is clean. There is a restaurant and bar on property. However, we did not have towels in the room. We asked front desk to bring some and never received them. When we called to follow up, there was no answer. We had to purchase towels from Walmart to bathe with. There was drying off and face towels in the room, just nothing to bathe with.
