My stay at the hotel was great overall! Even though there was no parking spot available due to high occupancy, the staff was super helpful and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, and the location was perfect. Definitely a nice experience despite the parking issue!

the room was fine, the restaurant not so much, not much of a variety, server wasn.t very friendly it was as if we were being a bother to him and when you don.t have much time in the morning a buffet isn't a very good choice. It is such a busy hotel for cruising visitors the lobby could be a little bigger and more staff during peak times.

Cute little hotel, perfect for a stayover until your cruise departure. Clean, friendly about 12 min from FLL. We waited for the shuttle for over 30 min and it didn't come, so took a cab. With tip and all roughly $26 . Staff was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was excellent.

I didn’t eat the breakfast but it did smell good. I did like that the staff was very helpful. When I landed I was extremely air sick and they let me check in early. I felt safe and enjoyed the location to other areas. The bathroom floor needed a bit more attention to detail is my only complaint. I would stay again.

It was a convenient option for all of us. We were taking a cruise and landed at Ft Lauderdale. This hotel offers a shuttle from the airport to the port (for a reasonable fee). The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, offering multiple dining options and public transportation, including on-site facilities. We had a room facing the street, and it was a little bit loud; the windows don't provide good soundproofing. The staff was cordial, and they have a virtual kiosk for check-in and check-out.

My stay was short but good. I didn't do breakfast but staff was welcoming and hospitable. The one thing that I believe can use some attention is how the parking is arranged. Signage to tell visitors what to expect and how to get to the front desk.

Front desk clerk who checked me in was so friendly and helpful. I forgot her name. Breakfast was not included was offered at an additional charge. Room was clean and my favorite was the water pressure in the shower, it was like a mini spa.

Nice clean room and friendly staff. Close to the airport and the cruise ports. The rooms that face the main highway/street are very very noisy due to the constant vehicle traffic, at night especially.
