"I love the property, it was very beautiful and clean. The Resturant was amazing, rooms updated and nice and location amazing. Would definitely stay again. The only thing I didn’t like was the mandatory $35.00 per person entertainment fee. I feel it’s something you should know upfront not when you get there. Naquita Brown"

"The Sheraton was very nice and I wouldn’t discourage anyone from staying here. The location was great for what I wanted to do while visiting. There were some areas for improvement. Our room didn’t have a TV remote. I had to request one. The water pressure in the shower was solid, but I would have liked more. Lastly, the AC in the room didn’t seem to make the room as cold as I wanted."

"We were disappointed that we had no refrigerator in the room. My husband is a diabetic and has meds to be refrigerated. Went down to ask to have one brought up. Manager that was on got us an upgraded room. We were down to one elevator and long lines but this was not the staff issue. Enjoyed our stay !!!!"

"I only have two negatives about my stay, and that is, the room smelled rancid. As if it was moldy. Additionally, the bed was very uncomfortable. For the price, I would opt out of staying there again."

"Originally booked a room facing the lake. (Which we were excited about, since it was our 1st ever visit to NYC). Upon arrival they let us know that they had "maintenance issues" with our room and sent us to a different room. What a bummer.. Everything else was great! 5 stars for allowing visitors to check their bags in while they explore! (dont forget to tip those gentlemen) they were great! Clean hotel, friendly, and worth staying"

"Very clean, comfortable nice room. Unfortunately I was put next to the elevator, and music plays constantly through the night in the elevator lobby. If I hadn’t brought headphones with me I would have been kept up by it."

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. After check in I had to walk up 17 flights o stairs to my floor because the elevator wasn't working.
