"Fabulous hotel. Welcoming staff, great food (dinner and breakfast), easy to find, loads of parking. Children welcomed, even really tired and grumpy ones after a full day at Legoland nearby. Only minor criticism is no fridge in hotel room (despite a deceptive-looking fridge shaped cupboard!) which would’ve helped us out a lot with our picnic for the following day. "

"The hotel let itself by not having a high chair for our 6 month old baby at breakfast. Breakfast was quite quiet yet they didn’t have more than 2x high chairs in the whole hotel. It meant we had to hold our baby while trying to eat breakfast. Shame, as we were looking forward to a nice breakfast where we could relax. "

"Good hotel, food at the restaurant is great and good to have a fitness/spa centre available at early hours. The breakfast was ok but could have been better. More bread options, cheese and charcuterie products would have been nice."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel, I came for my birthday and the staff were so welcoming and thoughtful. The spa is amazing and the rooms are gorgeous, can not rate this stay highly enough! "

"The property was clean and tidy. The curtains and the bedspread looked a bit dated. The shower cubicle looked a bit worn but the shower itself was hot and had good pressure."

"The room was clean, comfortable and painted in the newer design, it was a great base for exploring Legoland Windsor. London, Chessington, and Thorpe park are all within an hour also. We live up north and look for hotels in close proximity to Merlin attractions with our passes. At £47 per night with free parking this hotel didn’t disappoint. There’s only a vending machine here (no bar or cafe), however there is ample tea coffee and towels in reception upon request and can order takeout if need be."
