"This is probably the 10th time i've stayed here in the past 5 years, always have a good stay at this hotel. Staff have always been helpful and attentive with good communication skills. Location is still as good today, great amenities nearby and some new KR brand locations have opened up in the past year, which is great for shopping trips. During this stay we got a room upgrade during check in, which was much appreciated and we stayed at the artist suite, very spacious and good interiors. I've stayed in all the room types here and can say they are all nice regardless of size."

"Great location in a nice neighborhood. Subway 9 line nearby for easy access to any part of Seoul. It was a 20 minute subway ride from the Express bus terminal and 1hr to Incheon Airport terminal 2. Just avoid rush hour until 10:00am. The buses are also near the Subway for easy access to other parts of the city. You just need to familiarize yourself with the system. I also loved all the local restaurants and hair salon. Got a great men’s cut for 20,000 krw at O and Hair. If you’re looking for clubs or bars you need to go into those areas but if you’re looking for more of a local atmosphere this place is it. There’s also a restaurant and cafe downstairs which looked very reasonable but there were too many options nearby for me. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again."

"Rooms are clean but on the basic side, AC was strong enough and staff were nice. The location is fantastic but because it is, it got very loud at night and there was construction around this time. If it wasn’t for the construction and noise I would probably give a 4. The missing star would be the size of the room and pillows were very flat. "

"We had a suite (1602) and while I appreciate the size of the room (although I thought we were getting a bigger room based on the pictures) the building is old. Bathroom had mold, tub jets didn’t work and several places where it just clearly needed an update. Bigger issue the elevator literally closed on my arm. As we’re headed downstairs to check out with our several pieces of luggage, the doors just don’t stay open for long and with it being older the sensor doesn’t work very well. "Overall, HOTEL LOFT is a very pleasant stay. I've rated it predominantly as 4 stars because compared to the 5 star experiences my family and I have experienced over the years it's slightly lacking in vibes. Specifically, there's a slightly warn out quality to the overall building, and the level of polish is, again, not at the 5 star quality that we've experienced. However, it is pleasantly boutique, and the staff are all very professional. If everything was freshened up or updated, this place is easily 5 stars. Additionally, we rented the top floor penthouse, and while cute, it had an usual layout that added to the slightly off vibes. It's missing a closet, for example. Just quirks like that make it mostly a solid 4 star stay"

"Amazing hotel and great location by IFC Mall and subway. The executive room with river view does not disappoint! The pool requires a cap so you must purchase if you dont have one. The breakfast buffet is great but slow for coffee lovers. I purchased coffee from the cafe on the ground floor and it was good. "
