"The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a nice size considering you’re in a hotel room in New York. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we needed to store our luggage before we could check in. Joseph made sure all our needs were taken care of. When we requested items for the room like additional pillows, they arrived while we were gone. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Room 2514, you need to replace the TV. The top 3 inches or so malfunction. The room darkening shades on the east windows do not overlap properly so therefore lots of light comes in during the mornings. Lastly, you get a little scotched in the shower every time someone else flushes a toilet in another room.
Other than that, it was great."

"I love this hotel so much. The location is unbeatable.. close to EVERYTHING. The rooms are pretty big (compared to other NYC rooms), and designed so tastefully with very comfortable beds and linens. The views that are to die for.. I especially love the Hudson River view side.
Love the restaurant/bar as well - highly recommend the salmon dish for dinner.
The staff are all wonderful. I’ve stayed here twice, and I know I’ll be staying again for future trips! "
