"Firstly the room was clostofobic .Secondly they forced to pay deposit by card and while checking out while asked to check the room in order to assure the smooth refund, the hotel refused and now they charged the deposit without any fault.
theh are doing fraud business. I filed complaint against the unethically charging."

"We booked a 2bdrm suite for 3 adults. It was everything we expected and less. We felt like we were in a dorm room, with over-used furniture, banged up walls and lumpy pillows. One bedroom has a queen bed and a large TV with a dresser and side table. The 2nd bdrm had 2 twin beds. That's it. No side tables to hold a glass of water or a lamp to read your book to at night. The living room couch was so worn out that we stuck pillows under the cushion so we didn't sink into middle. The kitchen...

"The property was in a good location near many of the attractions. It was a little loud a couple of nights, but it was just the normal city noise. Check in was smooth and check out as well. All requests were reasonable and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The space was a bit smaller than we thought, but we just basically slept and showered there only and spent most of the day out. It served the purpose of our trip."
