"Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer sind schön sauber und überall duftet es sehr gut. Die Lage ist ideal und perfekt. Jedoch sind die Zimmer schon sehr klein - zu zweit ist es ziemlich eng - und extrem hellhörig. Leider ist zwischen Bad und Zimmer auch nur eine Schiebetür die nicht vollständig schliesst. Zum Frühstück gibt es Kaffee, Tee, Wasser und süsse Teilchen. Es sind auch mehrere sehr gute Cafes in der Umgebung mit tollen Frühstücksangeboten."

The staff at the front desk was very warm and friendly, truly a complement to the already pleasant experience. The room was very functional and stylist, spacious and included a kitchenette and a bathtub. The linens were clean. We encountered issues with access to the internet streaming services on the television, and the hotel’s tecnician came but couldn't fix so we were invited to change rooms, which...

"Not fancy, but all good and excellent location within walking distance of MOMA, Central Park, subway, and Broadway plays. Nice sitting room on 2nd floor where our group of 6 ate pizza and played games one night. Empty water bottles available in some halls to fill with filtered water. Would definitely stay here on a future visit."

"Great place for someone like that likes a clean hotel with quality bedding and good bathroom. I don’t need a fancy restaurant or lots of staff expecting tips. That said, the staff was helpful and polite. The rooms are small and are probably best for a short stay. The highlight of the hotel is the rooftop bar that faces the Empire State Building. Very cool."
