"Phenomenal location, good bed comfort, great housekeeping and room cleanliness. The rooms themselves are tiny, extremely noisy in terms of the building/pipes/aircon etc, the ‘gym’ isn’t a gym… staff were ok nothing special Overall the price didn’t match the hotel which is the reason for the low score. If you’re from the UK this hotel is similar to a travelodge. "

"Exceeded my expectations"

"The hotel staff were great, the check in and out process was super easy, the location was amazing. The hotel is pretty and old, bare bones and basic. We visited in April/May and the a/c wasn't quite enough, it might be pretty hot in the summer. Overall, the stay was very nice."

"The room were very clean, and the free breakfast was great. The room was small and felt crowded without enough space to put your luggage. I didn't like the elevator situation when it was crowded. You had to provide your floor number, and it automatically assigned you to an elevator. Upon our arrival, there was a long wait and then we went past our floor and then stopped at several other floors on the way back down without anyone getting on or off. It seems inefficient but it worked better when there were less people."

"Wonderful, welcoming, helpful folks throughout. Great location ( especially if, like us, you’re attending an event at MSG). The room was tiny, however, that is normal in many NYC hotels so it was not unexpected. Beds were very comfortable"
