"Excellent breakfast "

"We greatly enjoyed our suite. It was clean and spacious. Though the wood cleaner used on the bed frame the smell was quite a bit strong in the room. But if you are expecting to get a good night sleep you may be lacking. While the bed is comfortable, the other guests do not take into consideration of others. When we called the front desk at 12:30,12:50, and 3:30 with lots of screaming shouting door slamming we were told the man at the counter “Tyler” is just the valet. And that either they were...

"this is a safe feeling area for the down town location. we loved the furnished kitchen and full refrigerator -and the breakfast was excellent! lots of parking -even for our trailers. "

"It was surprisingly clean and very large rooms. Bartenders by the pool were not interested in being there. Front desk were efficient but when we arrived early for check in they would just give canned answers and weren’t interested in helping or providing personalized customer support. But honestly would still go back because the music venue is great and so were the rooms."

We were welcomed from the moment we stepped on the Marriott property and took away so much stress from what had been a pretty hectic arrival into Shreveport. Mercedes at the front desk was absolutely amazing in helping get our room prepared and secured early for us, answer questions and making sure we had everything we needed. "Mattresses were hard. Next to the freeway so you can hear everything. No hairdryer. But it was spacious, clean, easy to get to, great water pressure, and liked that they had a microwave and the fridge was extra cold!"

"The check-in staff was very kind, everything else was disappointing. All towels had holes in them, the furniture was mixed matched. All the "fixed" places on the walls wete very obvious. Definitely needs to be updated."

"Upon arriving at the property, it looked relatively clean and presentable. When we got to the room on the other hand, there was dirty Q-tips and miscellaneous items behind the furniture and under the bed. Good morning we got ready to leave. We check in the refrigerator. Make sure we didn’t leave anything in it and there was a bag of marijuana in the freezer not to mention of roaches everywhere. So if you wanna go get carried away in a sonic boom high roaches, this is a place to stay."

"I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. "

"Elevators on the main floor were not working. Apparently from what we were told they have been out of service for over a month. Room was comfortable and clean. Rust on wall in shower. Very friendly and helpful staff at check in."
