We liked the quietness the room was clean the lady who checked us in was awesome very sweet She is what customer service should always be... Now what we didn't like was the matress was very uncomfortable you could tell it was cheap cheap!!!.Plus no comforter just a thin very thin cover..Shower door wouldn't close ..And the fact that they charged us a extra 25.00 dollars which was immediately refundable but non the less wasnt disclosed in the booking

The rooms were absolutely horrible, stains on every surface, carpet was sticky, roaches everywhere, dirty used sheets- there was a toenail in my bed. The staff was very very friendly but everything else is a nightmare.

The front desk staff was super nice and helpful. The outside of the property looks nice. The inside of the property is in disrepair. We walked into the room and there was a hot plate and pan of oil sitting on the table, we had to call and get it removed. There were roaches in the bathroom. The door handle on the inside of the door fell off and my husband had to fix it. Coming back to the room from dinner the door was stuck and we had to jump against it to get it to open (we got the green light from the key). Other guests were very loud and rowdy and they played loud music until 3am. Neighborhood is less than desirable.

The rooms were very clean. New carpet and pressed linens. The bathroom was very clean and sanitized. The staff were very polite. The area is an industrial part of town, but i did not feel unsafe. The buildings were old but the staff kept the areas clean and orderly. It was pleasant.

Very polite and helpful staff, they let me check in early and special thanks to Darla from housekeeping, she made sure my room was very clean and ready early & on such short notice. She said to let her know if I needed anything and explained about the complimentary laundry service because I had said I had a bunch I needed to get done. The room was nice and quiet & comfy. I plan to stay here longer like for a week and go to the casinos again once I save up
