The hotel was conveniently located to the wedding I was attending. Loved the availability of the shuttle. The driver and all the guys working valet were great. The restaurant in house was nice for a hearty breakfast. The restaurant employees were friendly, courteous and efficient. My interactions with the front desk were professional and friendly- room was very nice too! Great stay!

The only thing I thought needed improvement was the bed. It was just a little to stif for my taste. Other than that it was great! We really enjoyed the bar, restaurant and Starbucks that was onsite.

We had an issue with the AC in our room. It made this very loud sound every few minutes. The staff was very helpful and tried to repair it. They were very apologetic for the issue. But unfortunately it kept us up all night. We were able to sleep at all. Overall the staff was very nice and helpful. And the hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. It was just one of those situations. The maintenance issue couldn't be resolved. I would definitely stay there again. The staff is fantastic.

Arrive to the hotel to be told my room wasn’t ready yet but was accommodated with a free meal. When the room was ready everything was fine up until me and my family heard a loud backing noise. We do not know what it was but it was consistent and wouldn’t stop. I think it had something to do with the air being turned on. Beside that and getting the wrong food delivered to the room everything was fine.

Overall, the hotel was a more than a decent stay. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable not to mention the very hot shower on a sidenote the services for the restaurant, especially for breakfast were subpar at best,We were given the opportunity to get a refund for our meal that we ordered up to our room that took over an hour, and they never notified us that the orders got canceled because the staff got overwhelmed and backed up.

This Hilton is a nice change from the noisy casinos and casino dining! It was quiet, clean, the staff was attentive, and texts from Jackelyn re answering my questions were timely and helpful! The only thing that could be improved is more updating of the rooms, such as nicer showers. Overall, excellent stay!
