"Easy parking and friendly staff"

"Easy parking and check in. Room was quiet and clean with bottled water, chocolates and biscuits along with coffee and tea. Only down side was no extractor fan in the bathroom. Also when returning to the property after a concert around midnight we were able to enter the lift lobby and go up to our floor without swiping a card. Just swiping to access our room. All team members were extremely helpful and engaging to deal with. Breakfast was very good with pricing similar to local cafes."

"It was ok. Building and surrounds need some TLC and cleaning up. Right across the road from a railway line and is on a busy intersection. Parking is on first come, first serve basis. Personally I probably wouldn't stay here again."

"Communication between staff was not good and made organising access to our room difficult. 1 said we could possibly get access at 11 then next not until 3pm. We would have paid for access. More powerpoints in the room are needed, especially near the bed for medical devices."

"A toaster would have been a good item to have in the kitchenette. Very basic unit but ok for a late arrival and early departure. Handy to airport. "

"The front staff was friendly. The room was adequate. We read about this Ascot online and it was not as put forth, said one could walk to the cruise port, and there was breakfast. Neither are true, it was an outdated website. Traveller beware of wrong not up to date web pages."

"The property itself was nice, but no staff. Even the resturant only had one dude doing everything. Went for dinner and was told there was. 90 minute wait before he could start our order and that there was no room service (despite being advertised) - surely the money saving on staff isn’t worth it…."
