The property has multiple access points with minimal security. It is also on the corner of two busy roads, but I felt safe. The room was very comfortable and clean with nice linens and a comfortable bed. The air conditioner worked great and there were at least 20 channels on the tv. "Low cost value for money. Rooms with twin beds available. Will continue to book when passing through Shepparton. Freshly painted throughout. Rooms are small. Glass doors open onto well maintained lawn area with pool beind. Do miss the microwave. "
