"I arrived well before check in and was able to store my luggage and spend a couple of hours in the pool. I was content to then wait in the cafe until check-in time, but the staff kindly prepared my room so I could go in early. My only disappointment was the lack of vegan options on the menu, and, as so often happens, it was pretty much chips or nothing. Fortunately, the chips were excellent"

"Receptionist was not welcoming, she was on phone for 10 mins while checkin, I was waiting for her to say atleast hi, she doesn't even care, she was getting a new booking. Disappointed."
