"Last year I stayed at a B&B and saw this beautiful pink historic hotel. It was very expensive, but it was a once in a lifetime experience and budgeted it for my husband and myself this year. "My family and I really enjoyed the stay at this property! It was perfectly suited for us and our golden retriever. We stayed in the lower of the two units. The interior is nice. The bathroom is well designed for rinsing off, and there is even a small washer/dryer. The back yard area is really great. We didn't use it much, but there is a nice grill ready to go, along with lots of shaded patio seating. Also in the garage there were bikes available to use, which was awesome since the beach is...

"The room was clean. The staff was fantastic. My husband was having a difficult time walking. The manager's(I think) husband was so kind and helped me get him to the room. Breakfast was also good. They checked me in and then I had Uber take me to get my car about 20 minutes away. We could unload our luggage quickly. Very helpful. We also like the location because it is so close to the cruise port. Very convenient."

"Great quick getaway stay at the TRU by Hilton in Galveston Texas. The room and hotel are very clean. Nice complementary breakfast with great options and even cater to your pets. The staff were very friendly at every interaction. The only down part was the bed. Old and squeaky. Very uncomfortable for a 2 night stay. "
