"The staff at the front desk not nice or friendly. I asked if I could have a room overlooking the pool, and the employee responded that he didn't have anything and I am lucky to recieve the room I got. The room was outdated, dirty and the windows were filty. I live across the street I wanted to stay just to use the pool (which I never did because of the weather). Complete waste of money."

There was accumulated dust in certain areas, the shower wouldn’t drain so we would stand in water while showering, the room is not quiet.
