"I stayed here for 4 nights during my vacation, but they couldn’t even provide basic services like room cleaning. I had to ask multiple times since the morning, and they still didn’t clean the room even by the evening. The bathroom was also very small. Overall, it was absolutely not worth the money, and I would not come back."

"Room is clean and fresh towels everyday. Friendly staff and helpful. Breakfast almost sane daily however - no variety. "

"The rooms are outdated and need maintenence. Chipped walls and missing paint in quite a few areas. One of the nights the fire alarm went off at 11:30pm. I was woken up to a panic and had to run down the stairs from 11th floor as the PA system mentioned do not take elevator. Turned it to be a false alarm after all we stood outside for 20 30 minutes."

"The resort itself is very beautiful, but the elevator on the rainbow tower was a nightmare. Overlying crowded, there was time we had to wait for 2 to 3 elevator to fit in."

"Typical two double bed room, clean, updated, partial ocean view. Did not use the pool. Breakfast is a typical Continental/eggs and bacon kind of fare. Staff is very friendly."
