"Staff was amazing, and communication during and after booking was excellent. The building (built in 1830) was excellently maintained, and furnishings/decor struck the perfect balance between period and modern. The included breakfast was cooked and served in the upstairs dining room (former ballroom/meeting room). Parking was adequate and on site. "Enjoyed my stay at this great motel. Stayed in one of the cottages with a full kitchen for best part of a week. Very comfortable. It's in a great location for the various state parks in the region with their many waterfalls - Robert H Treman and Buttermilk are 2 minutes drive, Taughannock 20 minutes, and central Ithaca is less than 10 minutes. Friendly and very helpful staff. Recommended."

"My husband and I booked our stay pretty last minute, and we were so glad we did! Benn Conger Inn was a lovely property with kind, inviting staff. The room was perfectly clean with a view to the quaint backyard where we could enjoy the fall foliage and even spot deer passing through. Breakfast was absolutely phenomenal-- fresh baked muffins, local coffee, made-to-order omelettes, and more! It was a quick drive to surrounding larger towns as well. Overall would absolutely recommend."
