"The facilities are old but the rooms clean and comfy with great air conditioning and great hot water for showering. It was very peaceful and quiet and we all slept great! For this we highly recommend. Also family run! We came here to go kayaking at Silver Spring which is almost walking distance and we would come and stay here again! "

"I was very disappointed by this hotel. It is a daily/weekly/monthly facility, and I'm frankly shocked that Hotels.com has it listed on its site. The neighborhood wasn't very good, and there were some scary-looking clients at the hotel. The room was clean and fairly comfortable, but I was afraid my car would be broken into. Also, there is no breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel."

1. The rooms are recently remodeled
2. The remodel included removing the carpet and putting in tile
3. VERY lightweight bedframe moved on tile when getting up in the middle of the night
