"While I appreciate that this is designed for longer-term stays, I must recommend that parents with children - esp. young ones) be kept on lower floors. Approaching 10pm, the banging and scraping on the floor above our room would not cease. I'd asked the desk clerks ONE FAVOR: "just a quiet night, please". However, they put us right beneath a noisy couple with a young child. About 10:30pm, I spent 15 minutes on the lobby phone (a dangerous place, after closure) awaiting an administrator to come...

"We were there for a quick overnight while traveling for the holidays. Night Auditor on duty was super friendly and helpful for a late-night arrival, room was clean and ready at check in, bed super comfortable and bathroom stocked. Nice hot breakfast with friendly staff - great stay overall."
