"The staff were nice when arrived. The pool was very nice. The room was dirty. You willl need shoes to walk around this room. Air worked. Breakfast was terrible! I left my very expensive headphones in room and we called twice about it. Once we asked for the manager and told they weren’t around. Please do not leave anything behind in this hotel. You will not get it back!"

"Four the last 3 years we have really enjoyed our stay and never had anything but great service, clean rooms and wonderful times. This year was terrible! Is this inn under new management? The staff seemed bothered that they had to talk to customers.Breakfast food was terrible. french toast stick not cooked, sausage was terrible. The toilet broke in the room, maintenance did show up and fix it in a timely manor. We killed 2 palmetto bugs and ants in the room. In past years we really enjoyed the pool, especially in the evening. This year the kids and i went to use the pool and were told it closes at 7:30. that's crazy. The best time to use the pool is in the evening! plus you had a light just hanging out in the pool. This was one of the worst vacation experiences we have ever had. We ended up leaving early because of how bad it was, and the clerk at the desk never even asked why or inquired about our stay. She could careless! "

"The hotel seems fairly new, however, the issues with the rooms don't seem to be kept up. Our bathroom fan was broken; lights weren't connected to the room switches in the sofa area or bed area; safe battery was dead; a/c was making a weird whistling noise. Although the room was nice and set up nicely, these were just issues that should be resolved."

"Maybe I over sold myself by reading the reviews. I always like to stay at new hotels because you usually get clean modern rooms. Overall it's a nice hotel. Rooms had plenty of space. We arrived around 8pm for check in. The a/c in the room was off so it was hot. We turned it on and it never got cool in the room all night. Lobby was not clean when we arrived and walking through the hotel you already see damages and maintenance issues. Hotel hasn't even been open a year. Our stay was fine for one night hence the 4 stars but if they don't get a grip on upkeep, hotel will be run down in no time."
