"Nice size room. Ample parking. The continental breakfast was good. The room was clean but smelled musty. They should get rid of the carpet. It was dirty and made the room smell musty."

"We chose this hotel because it was newly renovated and had good reviews online. It was a little further away than where we wanted to be but we took a chance and were very glad we did. The room was very large and nicely renovated. The bathroom sink had a nice long counter and a cool mirror with great lighting and a built-in nightlight. Many hotel bathrooms are NOT set up this well. The hotel staff were very helpful with the questions I had before and during our stay. The breakfast was fantastic...

"Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Bed was a bit too soft and squishy for me, but that's just my preference. Currently doing some renovations, so the parking lot in the back was not available. Other than that everything was nice. I would stay there again."

"I thought the hotel had a pool and free hot breakfast it does not . And the ice machine needs to be cleaned other than that and an issue with the TV they resolved and the heat being difficult it was a nice location . But I need at least one of those amenities if not both when staying more than 2 days ."

"All the staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean. It was very convenient because we were there for a dance competition in the hotel. The breakfast was good. The food and drinks in the restaurant Malones was great. They even had a special kid menu to accommodate the dance competition kids. The concessions set up for the kids to grab and go were perfect. Thank you. My 2 complaints: a pool would have been great. And, the water pressure in our room shower was very weak."

"The hotel is relatively new and the rooms are clean and pleasant for a few days stay. The location in route 9 is convenient for Worcester and other locations in central Massachusetts. There was a notice in the bathroom saying housekeeping would be done every other day but we did not get any housekeeping while we were there. We came back to unmade bed and dirty towels. The blackout drapes also do not close properly or cover the edges of the windows effectively so the room is very bright at...

"I was there for 2 weeks and during that time there is no maid service. You could hear everything in the other rooms. Location was great. Staff at front desk was good."
