My room key did not work so I was lock out of my room, when I called down to the front desk I got no answer I went down stairs there was no one there. After about fifteen minute wait she finally up. But it is absolutely too much to go into now so what I will do is notify Marriott headquarters."

"We loved the vibe of this hotel. Every floor had a different theme. The lobby was beautiful. Lots of fun places for selfies! Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and very comfortable. The bathroom had the usual amenities. However, the towels were a little smaller than I am used to. Plenty of places to charge devices. Nice to have option of mini frodge and microwave."

"The room was very clean and comfortable (and quite large!). I also appreciated that the heat/AC was quiet compared to most other places I've stayed. Minor drawbacks: There was some confusion on the part of the front desk staff about whether there was a full breakfast buffet available (there wasn't, maybe because the hotel wasn't full enough?). The toiletries had an oddly strong smell, and one that (also oddly) seemed more oriented toward businessmen. A more neutral, less strong scent would have...

"Unexpected charges to park. We are in Natick, not Boston, $10 to park a car is insane. The room I had (334), had a shower from the side wall. Not convenient at all, let alone the shower head was one you find in a camper. Water pressure was terrible (worst than a camper), and it was either luke warm or scalding hot. No happy in between."

"This is a recently updated upgraded, renovated hotel in fantastic condition! It is also well located close to a few coffee shop, shops, gas station and even at target. Not close enough that you would hear any noise."

"Overall, our stay was great.. however, in the AM, for the “included breakfast” from 8am - 10am, there was staff actively taking food and items away before 10:00. My wife tried to inquire with the staff member, expressing that there was still 20 minutes left, and some guests were still trying to get somethings to eat, but the staff member continued unplugging some of the appliances and removing food. "
