Hotel Dekat Dean Pond

"Two night stay. Room was not clean when we arrived, and we waited an additional two hours post check-in time. Our booked suite was not available and a substitute was provided. Upon adjusting the blackout curtain, it fell out of its holder and could not be replaced. Maintenance was unavailable until the next day. The front desk was informed multiple times. Upon arrival back to the room on the second day, the blackout curtain was still not fixed. No compensation was offered for our trouble."

"The property didn't feel safe, let alone friendly. The building is in terrible shape and the clientele is questionable. I felt uncomfortable immediately. When I go to the front desk (in a dark, smelly office) , the attendant told me he needed to change my room because I booked an accessible room and that there would be a room change charge. "Everything was the worst , the sheets and blankets were worn out and dirty, the freezer was blocked with ice and mouse trap behind the tv table and the worst ever was a mice in the room running back and forth, the breakfast was something else it a small glass cabin has couple of pastry and next was couple of containers for cereal, i regret paying a penny in this place , if EXPEDIA has these kind of places differently i will never do it again "

"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and both the shower and the air conditioning were not working properly. To make matters worse, the guest laundry was a mess—only one machine was functioning. When we brought these issues to the staff’s attention, the receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive. I do not recommend staying here until they improve their facilities and customer service."

"Love the pool and breakfast! The place is clean! I think the staff could be less standoffish, but maybe as you get closer to Boston that's what happens. My only complaint: don't put the chamomile tea and hot water away so early! Keep some hot water and chamomile tea out all night, it helps nervous travelers to relax. I also suggest getting UNSWEETENED Oat Milk for people who might have dairy sensitivities or have diabetes and cannot have sugar. Otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised by this stay!...
