"The beautiful decor stood out, our room was clean when we arrived and cleaning service was extremely respectful with of our privacy. Their coffee is delicious, I didn't feel the need to go out for a latte. The gym and sauna were clean and accessible, we enjoyed every day we stayed."

"Our room was so clean and comfortable! The staff were friendly and helpful- we ate at the Hudson Market and the night bar. We loved the location to Rockefeller Center and Times Square. The elevators were a bit congested and it took some time to get up and down to our room during busy times. But we would stay there again! "

"Everything was wonderful, the front desk amazing service, the only thing is to improve the lobby area there’s not enough place to sit and they shouldn’t let people from outside to come for pictures during Christmas time, too much, it was like a zoo and us that are staying we didn’t have enough chairs or room to rest!"

"Our two double bed room was very clean. The beds were comfy. A Burger King is across the street. A McDonald's is one block away. Staff was courteous. And the subway is one block away."

"The Hotel Park Ave NYC is a great place to stay. It’s much more quiet than Times Square. It’s an easy walk to Times Square if you’re in the mood. I stayed with my daughters a few day’s before Christmas so it was a bit pricey. Easy check in/out, pleasant staff, and plenty of places to eat nearby. I haven’t had a bad stay in Manhattan thus far & I visit often. "
