"My wife and I had an amazing stay. Clean room, great staff, and the vintage decor gives the whole place a fun time-warp vibe. My wife also took a website-worthy shot of the entrance with the vintage taxi out front. I almost don’t want to recommend it so it’s not booked next time, but 10/10. We’ll be back!"

"This place is a fantastic find! CLEAN, safe, affordable, amazing location, and the loveliest staff! I would definitely stay again. HOWEVER, this is not a place for light sleepers. Don't get me wrong, it was quiet - everyone is so respectful of each other - but you will hear every door being opened and closed at all hours, every jacket or boot zipper being pulled up or down, every time someone clears their throat. All normal human sounds that you would not notice if they were coming from another room but as you sleep in a 4 walled cabin without ceilings, you are essentially all in the SAME room. Also, if you are a light sleeper, be sure to ask for a room at the "back" away from the noisy main road and high traffic starwell."

"Although the hotel has no front desk, the check-in process was terrific as they sent emails and texts with information on how to gain access to the hotel and the room. Being in the East Village, the rooms are small but they have everything you need for a stay including a nicely stocked kitchenette! Daily housekeeping is available. And they even supply ear plugs (there was street traffic noise mainly during the day) so I slept soundly! Great spot if you want to be in the East Village area. "
