"Unglaublich nettes und hilfsbereites Personal! Zimmer sehr sauber. Kleine Zimmer wie es typisch für die meisten Hotels in Japan ist, aber der Service, die Sauberkeit und die Umgebung (alles gut zu Fuß oder schnell mit der U-Bahn erreichbar) und trotzdem ruhige Lage machen das kleine Zimmer zur Nebensache. Transfer unserer Koffer nach Osaka hat auch einwandfrei geklappt. Hotel ist zu empfehlen! "

"Located in a very quiet neighbourhood. Close to 7-11, family mart and other grocery stores. Close to Nishi-Shinjuku and Maranouchi subway. A 20-30min walk to Shinjuku major station. Complete with shower towels, hand/face towel, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, slippers, hand soap, toothbrushes, hair dryer, kettle and microwave. Simple cooking utensils in the kitchen but did not cook on the stove. Very convenient having a mini fridge/freezer and a washer. Limited instructions on using the...

"This property was so great! Literally 5 metres from a local grocery store and next to it a 711. Very pleasant 5 min walk to the train station. The property inside was also great, lots of room for a family of 5 and could accommodate twice that. Highly recommend! We hope to be back soon! Thanks "
