"We chose this place for the location. But there were a lot more to it than just the great location. The amenities were awesome: got a bag of clean PJs and a set of towels every day delivered by the door and the selections of tea were great. The best part was the water pressure of the shower! Although the room was really tiny, just enough for 2 retired adults who used the room just for sleeping and resting."

"The good: the location was great. Close to a few metro stations and lots of buses. Our hostess/property manager was extremely pleasant and welcoming. The bad: the layout of the 2br suite was just bizarre. You entered into a common room of sorts with strange seating. Then you walked through what appeared to be a wardrobe with a sink (??) In to the first bedroom. Quite small, 2 small beds. You exit that room to enter the shower area which only has a curtain for privacy unless you closed in the...

"We enjoyed our stay here, it's a very small room but it has lots of amenities, including a shower and bath, toilet, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, sink, and two gas hobs. Check-in was very easy. The area is really cute and quiet, and very well located for travelling in to the city centre or to Shinjuku station. The shower is very small so if you're taller than 6ft you may need to kneel in the bath. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay."

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We especially appreciated the luggage storage service, which made our trip much more convenient. The laundry facilities were excellent and well maintained. There is also a great restaurant right next door, which was very convenient and served delicious food. Overall, a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here...

"Wonderful 4 night stay. Was fortunate to be on the 17th floor facing the park and had the good fortune of being able to see Mt Fuji from my window in the morning. Quite a treat. Breakfast was terrific and a shoutout to Fabio who runs the dining room and breakfast and ran an excellent operation made more impressive by the number of guests and volume of food the buffet had to handle. Numa was excellent as well. The hotel is heavily trafficked but an attentive staff makes you feel comfortable...
