"Construction hampers the view. The carpet was in need of cleaning, the rest of room accommodations was good, nice kitchenette. The free breakfast was horrible microwave eggs overdone, we had to eat with spoon, sausage overcooked, no toast, no bagels, no cereal, no milk, instant grits were ok, waffles ok. I asked about toast and was told they had donuts and granola bars (we went to a pancake restaurant or made breakfast in our room after that experience, I would rather pay for breakfast than start my day at that free breakfast experience. "

"We went when off season so many things were open or open just on weekends - spacious for a family. Musty smell in unit. Plenty of towels and supplies needed. "

"Absolutely disgusting and falling apart. Room smelled terrible. TV didn't work. Pool was cloudy and smelled. Toilet stopped up and ran over. Stove didn't work. Sheets weren't cleaned. Only one outlet worked. No outlet for coffee maker. 4th floor and floor itself was sagging by the window. Heard gunshots 2/4 nights we stayed. Rooms smelled heavy of Marijuana. Parking deck was way too steep to drive up or back down. Absolute worst hotel stay of my life. Ripleys aquarium was amazing, myabis hibachi was fantastic, and we found a bunch of whole shells. "

"Staff were super duper nice , rooms door just makes allot of noice when the wind hits it kept waking my baby up . Also I sat on the bed by the end frame and the whole mattress lift on the other side and I’m average weight. "
