"Great location, a nice modern room and an early check in.The extra bed in the queen room made it very small and compact. Housekeeping the next day was just a change of towels and bed being made, room could have done with a little clean however overall a good stay. "

"Very central to Bath attractions. Level flat walk to station, and the Roman Baths and other sights. Staff very pleasant and useful; gave us an eatlier check in when we arrived in Bath in the rain. Would stay again."

"Basic and easy for last minute stay as our train back to London was too late. Very basic but clean. Warning that windows don’t open. We paid “extra for window” that doesn’t even open. "

"Hotel is in a great location, short walk from the station and close to the main town. Staff were very friendly an helpful- we were able to leave our case there when we arrived prior to check in and also on the day we was leaving so we didn’t have to carry around town- this was an added bonus! Breakfast was a great variety with everything you needed to set you up for the day. The room was clean and spacious with washing products available and plenty of towels. Very comfortable bed too. Would definitely recommend to anyone and I would be of my hotel of choice if I was to return to Bath. "

"The staff really made this stay special… particularly the restaurant staff. We arrived and had no trouble parking - I think if busier it could be an issue. The check in was smooth and the receptionist were really helpful. The room was lovely - the hotel and the grounds are stunning. Food was exceptional as was the service. "We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The only slight annoyance was that we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work, so had to sleep with the window open, which meant that the gulls woke us up quite early in the morning. We were celebrating our birthdays and the hotel gave us a lovely plate of cakes to honor this! We skipped paying for breakfast because there are so many wonderful bakeries in Bath and the breakfast was on the pricey side. I still wouldn’t hesitate staying here again! "
