"Room had stains"

"The inside of the hotel was outdated and carpet dirty. The room was ok but the shower/tub wasn't the cleanse. The breakfast looked unappealing. "

"The breakfast was delicious and there was a nice variety of options from waffles to English muffins. They had an alternate milk option for the non-dairy people among us! The room was clean and spacious and had everything I needed. "

"It smells wierd in there the room was freezing cold there wasnt even a light bulb in the lamp the bathroom is tiny doesn't egen havs an exhaust fan. Staff is slow and unwilling to help with anything. At 1030 the cleaning lady was banging on the door saying its checkout time. We were already leacing but thought that was rude seekmg as we still had a jalf an hour"

"Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Very close to MSU campus. The breakfast was very good too. "

"Our room 426 was very tidy but had stains on the sofa. One of the cushions was totally torn with stuffing coming out of it. The white comforters had stains on them as well. The staff at the front desk and the breakfast nook were outstanding! The housekeepers at 8:30 in the morning were yelling at each other between floors. It didn't bother us as we are early risers but if anyone was trying to rest in, this could of been very distracting."
