"Checked in my room, looking for TV remote control and found a new rubber, AND a used rubber in the drawer of the dresser. Alerted staff immediately, and left my room for 3 hours. Came back, was told it was handled and the room thoroughly recleaned. Nope, room cleaned but LEFT THE RUBBERS IN THE DRESSER DRAWER! Advised staff, was told they would take care of it asap.
Apologies yes, new room or compensation for the condition of my room and that "I" had to remind them more than once ..not good...

"Would not recommend this hotel to anyone
You sat on the bed and you felt the springs hit your bottom side, flooring was coming up off the floor beds were like a twin size beds when I asked for one queen or king size bed with the check-in told me they didn’t have any rooms like well I checked in last night, but didn’t stay here last night well, I’m sorry we don’t have any rooms. I think you need to check again, please sir.
They also read the rooms by the hour by the week and by the month, like...

"The pictures online through Expedia, did not accurately describe the condition of the property. The hotel was severely outdated, in need of repairs at every turn, ceiling tiles hanging from the ceiling or with pieces missing from them, hair from the previous guest all over our bathroom floor, when we asked for a couple extra pillows and blankets we were told they had “none left.” Noises from all throughout the hotel can be heard constantly inside the rooms, the cleaning staff began steam...

"Was assigned a room on the 4th floor. Major construction going on. Doors off many of the room stacked in the hall . Painters painting rooms. Had to walk over their drop clothes to get to our room. Horrible paint fumes. Why would they put customers in the middle of this mess? Insisted and received a different room. The alternate room couldn’t see out the windows due to construction material stack up outside in front if the window. Beware major renovations going on."
