"Santa Teresa Hotel Rio de Janeiro was one of the highlights of my first trip to Rio. I stayed here for my birthday after spending a few nights at the Emiliano, as I wanted to experience different areas of the city, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment we arrived, the staff delivered exceptional service. Whether it was restaurant recommendations, arranging transportation, helping with luggage, or answering questions, everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The hotel also felt very secure, with staff monitoring the entrance at all times, which gave us great peace of mind. One of the standout experiences was our couples massage at Le Spa. We chose the Couple's Ritual Renewal treatment, and it was easily one of the best massages I've ever had. It was so relaxing that both my girlfriend and I fell asleep. The hotel made my birthday extra special by surprising me with a cake and decorating the mirror in our room. It was a thoughtful gesture that showed how much attention they pay to the little details. The property itself is stunning, with lush greenery throughout, beautiful rooms, a gorgeous pool, an inviting bar, and incredible views overlooking Rio. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options each morning. Overall, Santa Teresa Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel, staff, food, service, and cleanliness were all 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Rio."
