"Beautiful hotel right on Kensington Gardens. Comfortable bed, friendly staff, gorgeous decor. Certainly on the pricey side, but we treated ourselves and it was well worth it."

"This was our first trip to London, and we had a great stay! The hotel’s location near Bayswater station made getting around the city very easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated being able to store our luggage after checkout so we could enjoy our last day without worry. The neighborhood was charming and full of character and close to some great cafes, restaurants and a grocery store— we’d definitely stay here again!"
