"Only negative was that the air con was a little loud over night, but we made no attempt to adjust it snd it did not affect our enjoyment. From check in to departure the staff were 1st class. The room was clean and well presented easy to access yet also secure. The location was brilliant for finsbury park (our purpose,) and central london. Would definitely stay here again."

"Crossing the road from Chalk Farm tube station, there is a Tesco round the corner clases at 11pm. Quiet rooms, comfy bed, nice air-con in July, clean and good size bathroom. We walked 10min to Primrose Hill for breakfast"

"Great base to explore London with good connections into the city by tube and also Wembley by bus. Room comfortable with good beds and showers - tea/ coffee fridge etc so well equipped- Decor needs a refresh but for the price it’s a good option."

"I really liked this hotel. It's what I would call a hidden gem, because I had no idea it was there. The building is clean, housekeeping is spot on, the staff are attentive, and able to offer advice on almost everything. The bar had a lovely atmosphere and the lounge had the largest TV on planet Earth. Breakfast was the best I'd had in any hotel. It's a 2 minute walk from the tube station, and close to all amenities. "Goed verblijf als je slechts 1 nacht in Londen verblijft. Onze kamer was niet heel proper en ook van de basis zaken voorzien. Het onthaal was niet heel hartelijk, eerder afstandelijk"

"Clean and comfortable room albeit small. Well decorated and stylish. No teaspoons or milk. Coffee was solid in a jar so not drinkable. Room was not made up properly after the first night, 1 wet towel removed and 1 wet towel left on the floor but neither replaced despite leaving them in the shower to indicate that they needed changing. No new tea or milk left. As we didn't return to our room until late we couldn't contact anyone. TV only works if their WiFi worked, that was very haphazard....

"Air Conditioning was a plus on a very hot few days in London. I gave it one star on amenities as it claims to have an on site swimming pool, this is false as the swimming pool is around the corner in a leisure center in a separate building !?!? I queried this and was directed to the website. The info says onsite, it is not onsite. You have to go out of the hotel on a busy high street and turn the corner. This is a slight inconvenience as you would need to change and walk outside of the hotel...
