"The property itself was lovely. However, during my two day stay, the water temperature in my room's en suite bathroom was cold, and then tepid, both for the basin and shower. The shower water pressure was also very poor. Finally, I had early starts on both mornings, and the fire alarm went off in my bedroom due to "steam" from the bathroom. No water in the room, no room service for the price we paid I would expect more from it! The breakfast was poor and very basic but Very nice hotel grounds and surroundings. No lift which is difficult if you have lots of bags and are on upper floors."
