"Room was clean. There was await for breakfast table to free. Staff where very helpul."

"Great location close to restaurants, bars and public transport. Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. There’s a fridge at reception where you can buy water and soft drinks. The room (in a annexe a short walk away) was small but very clean and the shower looked brand new, equipped with fresh, clean white towels and mini bottles of shampoo and shower gel as well as shampoo, shower gel and conditioner within the shower itself. Couldn’t work out the heating so should have asked about that as it was coldish at night. Sadly missed breakfast! Would definitely stay here again as it is very good value for money. "

"The room was very nice. Ours looked out over a lovely courtyard (which was especially good because the street itself I did not love. Very busy with fast food and souvenir shops). Separate toilet and shower, which is great. The bar downstairs was outrageously loud both (week)nights we were there. Like college-bar-loud. But the room was quiet. The location is very close to the British Museum and Underground stations. Not very impressed with the breakfast, but not terrible (and not included)."

"Good stay overall. Location is good and hotel is pretty basic as is expected of this price range. The check in process was not the best though with the staff providing us a slightly delayed check in which would have been ok but they were unapologetic and I felt like being blamed for asking for my room. Only one staff member was like that and others were fine."

"Lovely hotel, clean, just the right amount of space, comfortable beds. great location, great staff upon checkin. The only reason I'm not giving it a perfect score is because of this rude staff member who was on the elevator with us when we were checking out. She seemed absolutely repulsed to have us and our luggage in the elevator with her, cursing under her breath when she saw us come in. As soon as the elevator door opened, she jumped passed us as if she couldnt get out fast enough. I couldn't see her name tag, but she was middle-aged with long curtly black hair and glasses. Extremely unprofessional for an employee in the service industry. "
