"Perfect location for a short visit to London with easy walking to museums, nightlife and great eating places. Our room was spacious (for London) and very well appointed- particularly liked the Floris toiletries. It was spotlessly clean and very quiet facing the gardens. The staff in the bar and at breakfast were helpful in making sure my snacks/meal were gluten free. Good breakfast food choices too. Really enjoyable stay."

"The room was small but clean and tidy. The air conditioning was good. The bathroom didn’t have any ventilation so the steam wet everything. The towel warming bar didn’t work. Housekeeping was ok, everyday they did less it seemed. The front desk staff were nice but not helpful. They didn’t even know what a towel warming rack was lol. I wish the hotel had a free continental breakfast or a happy hour it seems they’re wasting the cute basement lobby area. It’s a quiet place, no human...

"Aneesh from the front desk was amazing he changed my room on request and was very helpful. Sidiq at the restaurant was amazing and provided hot freshly made omlettes as part of the breakfast which was truly great service. I would recommend staying there as service is great, the staff amazingly helpful and very close to Euston station"

Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich, die Betten sehr bequem. Besonders gefallen hat uns die zentrale Lage mit vielen guten Restaurants direkt um die Ecke sowie die netten Mitarbeiter.
