"The only pro I can really say is the downstairs is really beautiful, but the rooms are definitely not worth $500 a night. I called twice about the AC not working. The room stayed at 76 even after they came up twice to look at it, and the toilets wouldn’t flush had to call them after they came up to look at it. They got it to flush, but then we proceeded to have issues with it not flushing, but it was so late. We just didn’t bother to call. "

I checked with the hotel about the availability of on site parking or if I needed to find parking somewhere else. I was assured by the hotel that they had parking on site and I didn’t need to make other arrangements. Published rate on their website is $35 a night for a guest. Got there to check in and there was an event going on at the stadium. The parking lot was full because they were upselling...

"The building is a nice example of 1930s style and architecture, but it shows serious signs of wear and tear in the hallways and in the rooms. The rooms are modest at best. The "fitness center" is basically none existent, the staff isn't very knowledgeable of the local area, I waited for 20mins at valet to drop off my vehicle when I arrived, the breakfast buffet was cancelled some time ago, but they still advertise it as an offering... needless to say it is very overpriced for what they're...

"Disappointing stay cleanliness issues We booked this place for a short stay in Baltimore and were very disappointed. The room was not clean the floor had dirt/sand, the bed had burn marks and was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was in poor, unsanitary condition. There was also a strong, unpleasant odor coming from another room like urine which made the stay even more uncomfortable. On top of that, we were switched to a different property than the one we originally booked, which felt misleading...

"Fairly smooth registration. Hotel is large but is very dated. The phone in my room did not work. I informed staff and they told me it would be fixed. That never happened. I also mentioned the bathroom door was broken and would not lock. I was told maintenance would repair. Again, no results. The following morning, hotel lost hot water due to issues with their hot water heater. I couldn't call them to ask of the issue, as my phone was broken therefore, had to physically travel down to the...

"This place is horrendous. The property is old and terrible. The surrounding area is terrible. There is nothing good that I can say about this hotel or the area around. Bad bad bad. Avoid at all costs. "
