"A really unusual hotel with great design and full of vibrant color. Easy and reasonable parking right behind the hotel. Quick check-in with a pleasant staff. Wonderful bar and restaurant. My only suggestions are that the lighting is too dim to see to work your door key card and the interior light switches, and we found the breakfast service to be indifferent and our orders incorrect. A mandatory 20% tip might be why. I would definitely stay there again but have breakfast nearby."

"Room was clean, towels looked new. Staff we interacted with were great. Parking with valet was a little challenging as front was full, and check-in a floor up was inconvenient. But, the price is great and location great."

"The location of the hotel is a perfect area. Close the Camden Yards, Babe Ruth’s museum, and the Raven’s stadium. The atmosphere was very pleasant from the staff and the area around it. There is 2 sports bars right there to eat at. The staff that we come in contact with very nice, helpful and always had a smile on their face. We actually loved the location and will recommend it to friends. BUT we did run into issues with our stay from a weds to Sunday and we knew that housekeeping comes...

"We stayed at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor because we had a relative at the Shock and Trauma Center nearby. The Hilton staff, from reception to cleaning service, were exceptionally accommodating and friendly. I would like to single out Mo ( Mohammad ) at the registration desk for being so helpful and friendly. Thank you."

"Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff! Love the roof top bar option. Only thing is the coffee shop was disappointing. Only milk for coffee. When asked for cream they didn’t have any. Tossed our cups and had to rebuy fresh cups else where "

"The hotel was very clean staff very friendly check in and out was quick and easy my only problem is there was no amenties like pool, free breakfast or parking otherwise i would come back and stay again because it was in walking distance to alot of other things so next month when i return i probably wont stay there but i'll keep them in mind for quick trips or emergencies ..thank you the friendly staff for making my stay a great stay even without no amenities "

"Checked in at 4:00pm and dropped our stuff off in the room. Went to the Orioles game and when we came back our keys wouldn’t work to get in the room. Went to the front desk and was told they moved us to another room. No one contacted me and our stuff was in the original room. They rechecked us in to the original room (after arguing that OUR STUFF WAS IN THE ROOM) and our keys still didn’t work. Went back down to the desk and the gentleman tried to active our keys. Still didn’t work, had to get...

"I liked the cleanliness and the size of the room. It would have been nice to have a full sized ironing board like the smaller rooms others in my party had. The bed was not comfortable. It was saggy. I always looked forward to the beds at Hampton Inn. They were some of the best. That was not the case here."
