"The hotel was in a very accessible part of downtown Baltimore right near the inner harbor. The room had a surprising number of amenities and was perfect for a short or longer stay with a fully stocked kitchen and cooking facilities. Complimentary breakfast had lots of tasty options every morning and even had iced coffee which was a pleasant surprise."

"The rooms are outdated. The bathroom toilet was like being in a public bathroom. No space to store your toiletries. The bathtub was broken had to call. We asked for late checkout and everyone person you spoke to had a different answer. Some said $25 an extra hour when other people got check out till 2 for free. No consistency and some front desk people were just rude."

"When we checked in we were given a room that reeked of marijuana. I realize that is Baltimore, however, for those of us that do not care for the smell, it was quite appalling. However the staff was quick to give us another room without question. The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The valet on the other hand was the worst, there was only one attendant and the hotel got very busy and it would take an average of 20-30 minutes to get your car. "We booked this hotel last minute due to the area our previously booked hotel was in. When we got there, the lady at the desk was very sweet and very helpful. Parking was easy. "I'm not sure if the ac was working right or not but the hotel is close to the convention center and not horrible. There is a slightly rougher element at and around the hotel on weekends but that doesn't bother me but it may if you have young kids or not used to big cities. All in all I was satisfied with my stay. Free breakfast and friendly staff. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. "
