"My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Unfortunately, the room itself left quite a bit to be desired. It was noticeably dusty, and several items in the bathroom were either broken or in poor condition. The windows were also quite dirty, which made the overall atmosphere feel neglected. Navigating the hotel was another challenge. The layout felt like a maze, and it was surprisingly easy to get lost. While directions were provided at check-in, they were fairly vague and didn’t make finding my way around much easier. That said, the staff was a definite highlight of the stay. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly, approachable, and genuinely willing to help whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Their positive attitude helped offset some of the shortcomings of the property itself. Overall, while the service was excellent, the condition of the facilities and the confusing layout made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been."

"The staff at the hotel was very friendly, and the hotel itself was old but charming. However, there was one major issue: there were a lot of homeless people around, and the outside of the hotel smelled like urine."

"The hotel was nice overall but i was VERY disappointed that their was no indoors pool. Seems like a hotel this size, would have an indoor and outdoor pool. Thats the biggest disappointment. Also no fridge in the room was annoying 🙄. "

"Stayed at Soho Suites in Atlantic City and overall had a good experience. The place is clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, which made things smooth right from the start. The property itself is a refurbished motel, and for the price, the rooms are a great value for what you get. That said, there are a couple of downsides—the lighting in the bathroom isn’t great, and there’s really nowhere convenient to put your bathroom toiletries. Parking isn’t the best, so it’s probably easier to just pay the $20 and park at Resorts nearby. If you’re looking for something affordable and simple, this is a solid option."
