"Excellent property and wonderful customer service."

"Parking was easy. Rooms were clean and comfortable, though bathrooms were a bit worn. Grounds are beautiful. We did not eat breakfast there, went a cute coffee shop in Tarrytown. We stayed in the Rockland building, where we had to ask to change our room. On the 2nd floor we could hear the people above walking back and forth- quite loud. We moved to the top (3rd) floor and all was fine. The hotel staff were very accommodating about moving us. We were there for an event in the Biddle mansion. The event was great, so no problems there."

"Highbridge hotel fit my needs perfectly, offering a clean, quiet room at a great price. The staff were very helpful, making check in and check out quick and efficient. The hotel offers a very good hot buffet style breakfast, and there are plenty of restaurants and bodegas nearby for eating outside of breakfast hours. Pretty convenient access by train, too, if you don't mind walking up and down those Bronx hills."

"Outdated and dingy. The furniture was damaged in the room. There was nothing on the walls as far as decor. The lighting in the room was terrible. We asked for towels and they told us they only had two left. The gym and the laundry facilities were closed by the health department. There was no seating outdoors. The halls smelled of weed and cigarette smoke. We stayed one night and left because we were so uncomfortable and frankly felt a bit unsafe. While we were leaving there were police at the front desk. Who knows why they were there. One can only imagine."

"The Room was Dirty, stains on the pillows, The floors were attrochious. And why Charge a $500 smoking fee, when the room looks like it was never cleaned properly. I will NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS HOTEL IN THE FUTURE "
