"The house was very clean and the areas was quiet too. We had a nice spot to park the car. The staff was calling and checking on me if I didn’t have any issues with the check in. They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. But overall we enjoyed the stays."

"Bathroom was not clean. Hair from the previous visitor was on the bathroom floor and in the shower. Shower curtain was discolored. Elevator was too small, and only fit 1 person with their belongings in it at a time. Crumbs on top of the fridge. Found someone’s credit card in one of the drawers, which also indicated that they’re not cleaning the rooms properly. Indoor hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. "Breakfast and coffee included would have made a difference. The hotel was also very cold. They adjusted it by the second night but it was unnecessarily over-chilled. Otherwise, very nice rooms."

"I’ve booked direct before and don’t remember being charged for parking $15 per day which is crazy since there is ample parking surrounded by businesses who would certainly not use the hotel’s parking. It may be because I booked with Expedia which was a huge savings even with paying for parking, my only surprise."

"Elevators are very slow. Rest is great. Close to a trail near Hudson. Very nice walk even if it is sunny outside. Shaded by trees. Food mart in a small town near this trail (30 min walk) is also good for small shopping."

"We checked in and stayed about an hour before we decided to check out and lose the $600 we paid for the rooms. Everything smelled like cigarette and pot smoke, there were no windows in the room, there was no security lock on the door. There is no lobby. The internet basically didn't work, and we had no cell service in the room. I had to make calls from the parking garage. It felt very unsafe and unclean."
