"Room 223 for 2 nights and could barely sleep was so loud from guests in the lobby and banging around. I have stayed 3 nights previously and was a great experience. The second floor directly in the front is extremely loud and will now consider other options just from this room placement alone. "

"One of the front desk night staff was horribly rude. She was rude to me when I called to ask about wifi. She was rude to another guest that asked simple question. When I walked out to start my car she never pulled her face out of her phone. I stood in lobby while car was warming up she never looked up once from her phone. Walls were paper thin and could hear people next door partying until middle of night. Day staff and other night staff were very nice. "
