"Booked two rooms here and the front desk said I only had booked one. We had a long travel day, so once we got in the room after my shower- looked it up and lo and behold we had booked 2 rooms. They gave us the keys to other other room. Not a big deal, but annoying. The second issue was they hadn’t written us down on the shuttle schedule. The front desk person wrote it on one list, but didn’t transfer it to the other, so they weren’t expecting us. It all worked out fine in the end, but seemed...

"My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The property was clean, well maintained and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. I was really impressed with our suite and how updated it was. Will definitely be back if we're in the area!"

"Check in was extremely slow. Each group ahead of us took 15 minutes each. We only booked this hotel due to it having a kitchen. The pictures include a 2 burner induction stove top. The room had cabinets and draws but not 1 utensil, pot, pan, plate, bowl or anything to cook or eat with. Was told but the front desk that this is because they have no way to sanitize. The listing for the hotel is very misleading. My 1 night stay should be refunded."

"I really wonder if all these reviews are paid. This was by far the dingiest courtyard place we’ve stayed at. When I booked it said Breakfast was offered but they charged $18 for a buffet that I wouldn’t have eaten even if it were free. Overall, it was a very strange experience."

"It’s deceiving, they show pics of the front entrance and the beautiful lobby, but the place is run down and old nasty carpet, and the reason I chose there and paid so much was for the pool… it was so cold the kids shivered while in it. No hot tub so I’m sure it was not heated… indoor pool and no sun or heat is ridiculous. Was not happy at all… kinda getto feeling."

When we checked out and asked about it they said they couldn't credit a third party booking. Ultimately, they comped our breakfast, but it was disappointing not to have the hot tub or be alerted so we could choose another hotel. Also the housekeeping schedule was confusing. We kept having to ask to get the room done up."
