"The room needed a better cleaning. There was puke on the shower curtain. Trash from before us under the beds and couch. The couch cushions are very gross with stains (room 101). People really need to clean up after their dogs outside. The staff was amazing the whole time. The pool is a fun time for the kids. If they have the proper resources they could turn this hotel into the best. "

"This was the first hotel that the bed was at the required height in accordance with the federal regulations. However, there was only one office chair provided for two people where one person was disabled. So there was no other option but the bed. Staff were asked if a chair could be provided and the front desk staff quickly responded, "There were absolutely no chairs available in the entire hotel." Additionally, the hotel provides shampoo, conditioner and body wash in pump containers affixed to the wall of the shower. They should be placed lower to be more accessible for a person with a disability. I was almost unable to access this amenity but figured a way that did not put the product on the floor of the shower. The room we were given was next to the lobby and the area where breakfast is served so it was very, very noisy starting at 645 a.m. Additionally, the front desk staff allowed the guest's children to race up and down the hallway which obviously was access to the pool/sauna area until very late in the evening. This provides a hazard for disabled guests trying to enter or leave their room. Multiple times there were no adults with said children (5 to 10 yrs of age)so no supervision. Lastly, trying to watch a movie on an available station the reception kept freezing adding one more item to the list of cons with this hotel. It is the off season and for the rate I paid it was way over priced "

"I have never been given a room in main building. Always have to walk outside to get to room. They sent me to a room that they where still cleaning, back to front desk. Back to new room walking outside. People seemed to gather outside my room ?"

"Can hear the pee upstairs stomping around. Other than that nice motel."
