Hotel staff, even though busy working, were mindful of the needs of other guests. I saw how other guests at the lobby would quickly jump in to help another guest. I was amazed.

Booked a room with park view. Nice to have a bit of green view in the morning, but you pay a premium for that, and it also comes with quite a bit of road noise. Free coffee at first floor is nice.
