Hotel Spa di Taguig

"This hotel is cute and staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the building had so many issues from the day we checked in. Lost power for a long time, we were asked to pack up in the middle of the night to be transferred to Seda. This was on the day we just checked in. We already unpacked so it was such an added stress to repack everything in the middle of the night. Then we waited for a long time in the lobby to be shuttled to Seda but they found a room for us to stay for the night, then...

"The place is in the middle of BGC which made it easy for us to go around. The staff were all helpful and accommodating. The room was clean but the bathroom door cannot be closed properly, and there is water that comes out of the bathroom tile every time we step on it. Something that the hotel can fix, I think. There’s no Room Service after 11pm. All in all, the hotel is good enough for a short stop."

"The place and the service is excellent. The only thing i didn’t like was the entrance of the place. A lot of stairs to deal with specially when you came from the airport and a lot of luggage with you and you have to deal with the stairs was ridiculous. Overall stay was excellent. Thank you for the staff they are sooo nice and easy to communicate."

"We just have terrible bad luck experience in this hotel . Not I was expected. Lots of trouble we experienced in this hotel . Not worthed to explain . My hope that you have a different experience as much to ours . I’m sad that I can’t recommend this one ."
