"The breakfast offerings and coffee were nearly depleted by the time I got to the lobby around 8 AM. The Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9 AM so it was disappointing to say the least. The room was clean. I thought it interesting that the sole ice machine was in a locked room accessible via room card. Didn't realize that petty ice thievery was rampant in Hot Springs."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean however, the mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable. And there were mosquitoes coming into the room because the door wouldn’t shut all the way unless it was locked. One of the staff got me some mosquito spray which helped some. I really enjoyed my stay, being able to sit outside and be so close to the lake."

"The hotel lobby was hot upon entering and our room was extremely hot. We were in town for a wedding and when I tried to iron clothes there’s was melted fabric on the iron. The corner trim for the 4th floor was laying across the hallway. Our hall smelled like trash from the housekeeping area on the 4th floor. They had bags of trash sitting in the hallway.
